Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

1. Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (epiqoo GmbH, Herzogspitalstraße 24, 80331 Munich, Germany, Phone number: (+49) 0151 5500 1031, Email address: info@epiqoo.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct return costs for goods which due to their nature cannot be returned normally by post (freight goods) are estimated at a maximum of approximately €80 per item.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functionality.

General Notes

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

3. Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

2. Voluntary Return Policy

Irrespective of your statutory rights, we grant you the following voluntary return right:

You may return goods purchased from us within 30 days of receipt of the respective goods, provided the goods are complete and in the same condition as when you received them.

However, we do not grant this return right for goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded. Furthermore, this return right can no longer be exercised for goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal has already expired early – not merely through the passage of time – at the time of return.

If such an exclusion or expiration condition applies to our goods, this will be indicated in the cancellation policy above under the heading “Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal.”

The goods must be returned to the return address mentioned in the cancellation policy above. To comply with the return period, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods to this address before the return period expires.
